Management (Freehold, NJ)

Operations Manager
Assist Director of Operations with quality control, fostering client relationships, setting up new projects, and training employees. Act as liaison between management, clients and employees. MS Office suite competency is a must and a valid driver's license is required.

Administration (Freehold, NJ)

Assistant to the President
Assist the President with administration, operations, finance and marketing divisions. Act as liaison between management, clients and vendors. Call prospective clients, handle correspondence and contracts and prepare proposals. MS Office suite skills a must.

Marketing Assistant
Assist with bids, proposals, lead generation, mailings to potential clients, market surveys, follow-up calls and various other marketing duties. Filing, typing, faxing, relaying telephone messages and various administrative duties. MS Office suite competency is a must.

Customer Service Representative
Assist Operations Manger with quality control, interacting with clients, scheduling, inventory, supplies, equipment and monitoring employees. MS Office suite competency a must.

Human Resources Assistant
Recruit, interview and hire employees through various labor offices. Act as liaison between management, labor and employees. Maintain employee records, type memos to employees and assist with payroll, insurance and unemployment cost control issues. MS Office suite competency a must.

Administrative Assistant
Handles filing, typing, faxing, relaying telephone messages and various administrative duties. MS Office suite competency a must.

Bookkeeper
Part Time position. Responsibilities include bank reconciliation, invoices, accounts payable and payroll.

Operations

Area Supervisors
Working supervisors perform janitorial services. Must train new employees in job tasks and cleaning procedures. Perform inventory checks; ensure quality control at all contract facility within specified areas. Meet with management to insure total quality. Locations: Northern New Jersey, Central New Jersey, Southern New Jersey, Western New Jersey, New York and Baltimore, Maryland.

Laborers
Includes custodial and office cleaning positions. Tasks include general cleaning and floor maintenance. Must have buffing experience. Attention to detail and high quality work required. Must be able to work independently as a dependable, responsible, honest, mature person. Must have a valid driver's license. A car is a plus. Verifiable references required.
