- Primarily responsible for marketing and promoting growth of the firm.
- Additionally responsible for overseeing financial and administrative tasks, labor and supplier relations.
- Insures that clients receive quality services via delegation and daily briefing and debriefing with junior management and administrative staff.
- Manages and coordinates legal and financial requirement with a team of professionals.
AVERY F. BYRD, SR
Executive Vice President, Operations, January 1989 - Present
- As managing director, responsible for providing focus and vision for the overall firm
- Charged with insuring that the firm evolves consistent with its business plan and objectives Responsible for structuring and implementing an effective market and industry diversification effort
- Responsible for all aspects of the annual contracting volume
- Responsible for monitoring and training the firm’s operational management and operational labor force
- Treasury duties require managing and overseeing the firm’s fiscal logistics and controls Immediate focus is to increase the return of both the retirement accounts and net cash position
GEORGE NELSON
Operational Assistant, 1996 - Present
- Ensures quality control at 70 contract facilities totaling over 1,000,000-sq. ft. throughout NY, NJ, and CT
- Acts as a liaison between management, clients, and the employee. Responsible for supervising 35 employees, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
- Plans and disseminates work schedules
- Manages the budget of labor and supply cost
- Responsible for fleet and equipment maintenance
- Monitors the daily work schedules, employee attendance, supply inventories and equipment condition
- Interfaces with client weekly to ensure satisfaction
- Implements rapid response measure to address client concerns

RONALD BOONE
NJ Area Supervisor, 2000 - Present
- Alternate Supervisor of10 Employees at the NJ Transit Facility
- 3rd Shift Supervisor at NJ Transit, where a high volume of civilians access trains 7 days a weeks 24 hours a day.
- Assists Customer Service manager by surveying facilities for quality assurance and safety
